POLL! What is Humboldt's Top Issue of National Concern This Election Year?

If recent polling is to be believed, the economy, crime, social services and immigration are top of mind for Americans as we head deeper into the 2024 election season. And because November will be here before we know it, LoCO thought we would see how Humboldt is feeling about the state of the country.

So, for today’s LoCO Poll, we are dusting off our ranked choice voting system in an attempt to gauge which national issues are the most pressing to Humboldt residents. If this is your first time using this system, all you have to do is drag and drop the items below into the order of how important you think they are this cycle — most important up top — and hit submit. Then, LoCO’s magical voting robots will tabulate your preferences and whittle them down to determine Humboldt’s Top Issue for 2024.

For funsies, we’re gonna give this poll an extra day to marinate. How will this go? Who knows?! Let’s find out. With ten separate categories to order, we’ve given you lots to chew on. Democracy is hard. Thanks, in advance, for playing.
