INSTRUCTIONS

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

DESCRIPTION

* WHAT…For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. Strongest winds typically occur across exposed ridges and coastal headlands.

* WHERE…Northern Humboldt Coast, Northern Trinity, Southern Trinity, Northwestern Mendocino Interior, Southwestern Mendocino Interior, Southeastern Mendocino Interior and Southern Lake Counties.

* WHEN…For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM PST this morning. For the Wind Advisory, from 10 PM Monday to 4 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
