* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - A moderate to strong atmospheric river will bring more heavy rain to the area early Wednesday morning into Thursday. 3 to 4 inches of rain are expected at low elevations with 4.5 to 6 inches of rain at higher elevations.
