* WHAT…Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph. Gusts to 60 mph along the coastal plain. Gusts in excess of 70 mph on mountain ridgetops.
* WHERE…Humboldt and Mendocino counties.
* WHEN…From Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. If possible, adjust your travel plans and don’t travel during this time.
