DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following area, Northern Humboldt Coast.
* WHEN…Through this evening.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - Heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches through late morning in the mountains around Humboldt Bay will runoff and and may cause localized flooding in low lying areas like Jacoby Creek and Hookton Slough. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
