* WHERE…Southwestern Humboldt and Southwestern Mendocino Interior Counties.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest winds will occur across exposed ridges and coastal headlands.
