The latest road conditions for the state of California can be obtained by calling 1-800-GAS-ROAD.
DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Snow above 1000 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Highest amounts over 3,000 feet.
* WHERE…Del Norte and Humboldt Interior areas. This will include Hwy 199, the highest portions of Hwy 101, and much of Hwy 299.
* WHEN…Until 1 PM PST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
