DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Snow above 1000 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches. Highest amounts over 3000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE…Del Norte and Humboldt Interior areas, including Highway 199, the highest elevations of Highway 101, and much of Highway 299.
* WHEN…Until 1 PM this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
