* WHAT…Hail and occasional snow expected below 1000 feet. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE…Coastal Del Norte and Northern Humboldt Coast Counties.
* WHEN…From 1 PM Tuesday to 4 PM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Small hail accumulating on area roadways will result in hazardous driving conditions.
