* WHAT…Heavy snow above 1000 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 24 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE…Del Norte Interior and Southwestern Humboldt Counties.
* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highest snowfall totals will be across ridges, while lowest snowfall amounts will be in valleys.
