* WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE…Northern Humboldt Interior, Southern Humboldt Interior, Mendocino Coast, Northwestern Mendocino Interior and Southwestern Mendocino Interior Counties. Strongest winds over the higher terrain.
* WHEN…Until 1 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
