* WHAT…For the Winter Weather Advisory, small hail and snow. Snow accumulations up one inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch below 1000 feet, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of up to 4 inches possible.
* WHERE…Coastal Del Norte and Northern Humboldt Coast Counties.
* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM PST Wednesday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
