DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Small hail and snow expected. Snow accumulations of up to 2 inches.
* WHERE…Coastal Del Norte and Northern Humboldt Coast Counties.
* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 120 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
