* WHAT…Heavy snow above 1000 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 15 inches. Snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches below 1000 feet.
* WHERE…Del Norte Interior and Southwestern Humboldt Counties.
* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
