DESCRIPTION

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches with locally higher amounts. Snow level beginning around 2500 feet on Monday falling to 2000 feet Monday night. Winds gust as high as 60 mph Monday morning on exposed ridgetops.

* WHERE…Southwestern Humboldt County.

* WHEN…From 2 AM Monday to 4 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
