DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Heavy snow above 1500 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 10 to 20 inches with higher amounts at the higher elevations. 1 to 4 inches of wet snow below 1500 feet.
* WHERE…Portions of northwest California.
* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
