* WHAT…Accumulating small hail. Some light snow accumulations are possible this morning, most likely at elevations over 500 feet.
* WHERE…Northern Humboldt Coast and Mendocino Coast Counties.
* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Small hail can make roads icy very quickly.
