* WHAT…Heavy snow above 1500 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches near 1500 feet and 6 to 18 inches across higher ridges and passes.
* WHERE…Portions of northwest California.
* WHEN…Until 4 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
