* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following county, Humboldt.

* WHEN…Until 1000 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - At 517 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain.
