DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following county, Humboldt.
* WHEN…Until 1000 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - At 517 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include… Arcata, Grizzly Creek Redwoods State Park, Garberville, Richardson Grove State Park, Bridgeville, Weott, Myers Flat, Pepperwood, Dinsmore, Redway, Alderpoint, Maple Creek, Richardson Grove, Shively, Miranda, Blocksburg, Fort Seward, Bull Creek, Hydesville and Benbow. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
