* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following county, Trinity.

* WHEN…Until 1030 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - At 511 PM PDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include… Hayfork, Forest Glen, Peanut, Ruth, Hyampom and Zenia. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
