* WHAT…Heavy snow possible above 2000 feet. Total snow accumulations 7 to 24 inches possible in the higher elevations of Humboldt, Trinity and Del Norte. Up to 10 inches elsewhere. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE…Portions of northwest California.
* WHEN…From Monday afternoon through late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
