* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM PDT this morning. For the High Wind Watch, from Monday afternoon through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
