DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Heavy snow expected above 2000 feet. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 24 inches. Higher snow amounts will occur across taller ridges. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.
* WHERE…Southwestern Humboldt, Northern Humboldt Interior, Southern Humboldt Interior, Northern Trinity and Southern Trinity Counties.
* WHEN…From 5 PM Monday to 5 AM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
