DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Heavy snow expected above 2000 feet. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 24 inches. Higher snow amounts will occur across taller ridges. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.
* WHERE…Southwestern Humboldt, Northern Humboldt Interior and Southern Humboldt Interior Counties.
* WHEN…Until 5 AM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
