* WHERE…Northern Humboldt Coast, Northern Humboldt Interior and Southern Humboldt Interior Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
