* WHAT…South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. Gusts up to 65 mph over the higher elevations.
* WHERE…Coastal Del Norte, Del Norte Interior, Northern Humboldt Coast, Northern Humboldt Interior and Southern Humboldt Interior Counties.
* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
