The latest road conditions for the state of California can be obtained by calling 1-800-GAS-ROAD.

DESCRIPTION

* WHAT…Snow expected above 2500 feet. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches. Higher accumulations on isolated peaks. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Humboldt Interior.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow levels will be highly inconsistent through the morning. Most likely snow accumulation of 1 to 4 inches at Berry Summit on Highway 299. Most likely snowfall of 2 to 4 inches along Highway 36.
