* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following areas, Coastal Del Norte, Del Norte Interior, Mendocino Coast, Northern Humboldt Coast, Northern Humboldt Interior, Northwestern Mendocino Interior, Southern Humboldt Interior, Southwestern Humboldt and Southwestern Mendocino Interior.
* WHEN…From this evening through late Saturday night.
* IMPACTS…Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
