* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following area, Northern Humboldt Coast.

* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. This may include Jacoby Creek at Old Arcata Road, the Hookton off ramp by Loleta and the Elk River.
