DESCRIPTION
A strong atmospheric river is expected to bring heavy rain Tuesday afternoon through early Thursday morning bringing six to ten inches of rainfall across the area.
* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following area, Southwestern Humboldt.
* WHEN…From Tuesday evening through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS…There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways.
