DESCRIPTION
At 1217 AM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Petrolia, or 8 miles northwest of Honeydew, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD…Winds in excess of 40 mph, pea size hail, and lightning.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include… Rio Dell, Scotia, Pepperwood, Bull Creek, and Shively.
