DESCRIPTION
At 815 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from 16 miles southwest of Jack McNamera Field to 51 miles west of Petrolia. Movement was east at 20 mph.
HAZARD…Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include… Eureka, Arcata, Crescent City, Orleans, Orick, Jedediah Smith State Park, Grizzly Creek Redwoods State Park, Hoopa, Willow Creek, Klamath, Jack McNamera Field, Fortuna, Rio Dell, Trinidad, Bertsch-Oceanview, Weitchpec, Carlotta, Bridgeville, Smith River, and Salyer.
