INSTRUCTIONS

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

DESCRIPTION

* WHAT…Snow expected above 2500 feet. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches.

* WHERE…Trinity County, Lake County, Northern Mendocino Interior, Southern Humboldt Interior, and Southeastern Mendocino Interior.

* WHEN…From 6 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Roads may become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Less than 1 inch of snow accumulation possible (20% chance) this morning for elevations between 1500 and 2500 feet. Small hail may also accumulate on roads and create slippery driving conditions.
