Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

DESCRIPTION

* WHAT…Snow above 2500 feet. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.

* WHERE…Northern Trinity and Southern Humboldt Interior.

* WHEN…Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Roads may become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Small hail may also accumulate on roads and create slippery driving conditions.
