* WHERE…Humboldt Interior, Del Norte Interior, Northern Trinity, and Northwestern Mendocino Interior.
* WHEN…Until 9 AM PDT this morning.
* IMPACTS…Wind gusts will be particularly strong along exposed ridges. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
