* WHAT…South winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 85 mph possible along the highest ridges of the King Range.

* WHERE…Southwestern Humboldt.

* WHEN…From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Wind gusts will be particularly strong along windward ridges and exposed coastal headlands.
