DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…South winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph possible along the highest ridges of the King Range.
* WHERE…Southwestern Humboldt.
* WHEN…Until 6 AM PST early this morning.
* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
