Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.

Navarro River at Navarro affecting Mendocino County.

Mad River near Arcata affecting Humboldt County.

Eel River at Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County.

Van Duzen River Near Bridgeville affecting Humboldt County.

For the Russian River…including Hopland…Minor flooding is forecast. For the Navarro River…including Navarro…Minor flooding is forecast. For the Mad River…including Arcata…Minor flooding is forecast. For the Eel River…including Fernbridge, Scotia, Bridgeville, Fort Seward, Miranda…Major flooding is forecast.

* IMPACTS…At 17.0 feet, Flooding begins in lower portions of Grizzly Creek State Park and along River Bar Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - At 1:15 AM PST Friday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 17.2 feet this morning.
