DESCRIPTION
At 303 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers extending from 7 miles south of Orick to 10 miles north of Petrolia, or extending from 7 miles south of Orick to 18 miles northwest of Honeydew, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 30 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include… Eureka, Arcata, Willow Creek, Fortuna, Rio Dell, Trinidad, McKinleyville, Maple Creek, Westhaven-Moonstone, Carlotta, Scotia, Pepperwood, Ferndale, Blue Lake, Freshwater, Kneeland, Myrtletown, Cutten, Fieldbrook and Samoa.
