* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - At 535 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated light rain continues to fall across the region. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
