DESCRIPTION

* WHAT…For the High Wind Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph possible.

* WHERE…Del Norte Interior and Northern Humboldt Interior.

* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 10 AM PST this morning. For the High Wind Watch, from late tonight through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
