DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected. Locally strongest over the exposed ridges and coastal headland.
* WHERE…Humboldt Interior, and Southwestern Humboldt.
* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 2 PM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
