Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Southwestern Humboldt County in northwestern California…

* Until 1145 AM PST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - At 739 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
