DESCRIPTION
* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following areas, Del Norte County, Humboldt County, Trinity County, Mendocino Coast and Northern Mendocino County.
* WHEN…Until 10 PM PST this evening.
* IMPACTS…There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… - Heavy to moderate rain has fallen across the area over the last 24 hours. Though most of the rain has fallen, many creek and rivers will continue to rise through the evening. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
