* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE…Interior Del Norte, Coastal and Interior Humboldt, Coastal and Interior Mendocino, Northern and Western Lake County
* WHEN…From 1 AM to 9 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Fog may form in some valleys, which could raise temperatures and reduce the risk of frost. Confidence is low on which valleys will see fog. Valleys that remain clear could see temperatures near or below freezing.
