INSTRUCTIONS
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
DESCRIPTION
The National Weather Service in Eureka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 9 PM this evening to 6 PM PDT Monday.
* AFFECTED AREA…Interior Humboldt County, Trinity County, and southwestern Siskiyou County.
* THUNDERSTORMS…Isolated dry thunderstorms tonight into Monday afternoon. Confidence is highest tonight but some activity may continue into the afternoon.
* OUTFLOW WINDS…Gusty and erratic outflow winds of up to 30 mph is possible.
* IMPACTS…any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
