* WHERE…Del Norte and Northern Humboldt Coast. This is expected to be mainly away from the immediate coast and in areas that go calm.
* WHEN…From 1 AM to 9 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
