* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE…Del Norte, Humboldt, and Mendocino Coast, Humboldt Interior, Interior Del Norte, and Southwestern Interior Mendocino.
* WHEN…From 1 AM to 9 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Some valleys, especially closer to the coast, may experience low cloud cover and/or fog, which will limit the potential for frost.
