* WHERE…Northern Humboldt Interior, Southern Humboldt Interior and Southern Trinity Counties.
* WHEN…Until 10 PM PST this evening.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
