Tangy dijonaise, capicola, manchego, pickles on a grilled baguette.

Our organic dough, baked to order with chopped garlic pressed into it and brushed with garlic-infused ghee. Sprinkled with salt and organic dried cilantro (dough not vegan).

Fresh flour tortilla, your choice of filling, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and sour cream.

Served 6 - 9 pm. Your choice of Humboldt grass-fed beef OR vegetarian black bean with one of our signature hot sauces. Pairs well with our Pan’s Labyrinth (chamomile-jalapeño infused tequila, orange blossom water, lime, & fresh lemonade).

Chickpeas in a tangy tomato, onion and ten (101) spice sauce. Our version is adapted from Old Delhi street recipes. Vegan — gluten free, man.
